Truco manufactures and distributes a range of high density polyethylene piping (HDPE) that is non-toxic and eco-friendly. Our HDPE pipes are flexible and versatile and distributed throughout South Africa and Africa.
Our pipes are manufactured lighter than traditional rubber and steel hoses, making them ideal for moveable or suspended applications.
All Truco HDPE piping systems are abrasion, corrosion and chemical resistant.

Through our local manufacturing capability, Truco is able to offer short-lead times on our entire range of HDPE piping. All HDPE piping is manufactured according to SANS ISO 4427 standards.
HDPE piping and standalone HDPE pipes are compatible with a range of joining systems suitable for all water-transfer applications.
All HDPE pipes in our range feature less joining points than traditional rubber hose, making them ideal for long-distance conveyance. Truco can fusion-weld its range of HDPE pipes to ensure leak-free operation at critical joining sections.
We offer permanent and detachable joining methods for our HDPE piping systems:
Butt-welding
Electro-fusion
Stub & flange
Compression fittings
Mechanical couplings
Tak and Victaulic joining systems
Saddles
As SA's leading hose manufacturer, Truco also manufactures specialised hoses for highly demanding applications, including: high-pressure hose, fire hose, welding hose, industrial rubber hose and mining hose.
In addition to our extensive range of hose, we also manufacture a range of industrial rubber products to suit any mining or industrial application.
These products include:
Rubber Bellows (Flanged or Union-type)
Send us your requirements using the STAMPED acronym:
Size: The length and inside diameter?
Temperature: Temperature of the medium transported?
Application: What is the purpose of the hose?
Material: What product will be conveyed through the hose?
Pressure: The working pressure and the required safety margin?
Ends: Are couplings required, and if so a detailed specification?
Delivery: When is it needed?
